Job Description
-To manage business branch to achieve all business KPIs
-To achieve branch sales target, to improve branch profitability by improving promotion
effectiveness and carefully manage branch spending
-To ensure product distribution is matching with the market
-To develop ‘Route Plan’ together with WS, SWS & Retail Supervisor
-To monitor daily operation of WS, SWS, Retail Supervisor & Sales Representative
-To monitor daily ‘Credit Collection’ status and to ensure efficiency
-Negotiation between wholesale, sub wholesale on order taking, order size, delivery, credit limit & term
-To lead branch to grow a performing team and identify and develop key talents
-Brief (short meeting) with all team members in weekly

Job Requirement
-Any Graduate
-Diploma in Sales & Marketing is more preferred
-At least 5 years working experience in similar position (only FMCG or Beverages background)
-Good interpersonal and communication skill
-Good English skills especially at speaking and writing
-Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Office Applications/ Outlook/ Email/ Internet
-Strong analytical skill and advance excel user
-Show knowledge of evidence informed practice
-Willing to travel to any region as required
