1. To Provide an excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
2. Manage day-to-day operations and oversee operational procedures of the bank branch.
3. To Ensure that security measures are aligned with safety protocols.
4. To maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. To Implement and manage branch deposit/loan targets and promote the bank’s products and services.
6. Monitor and manage the branch’s budget and expenses.
7. To manage and responsible for overall branch operations

Requirements

1. Any Degree Holder
2. At least 8 years experiences in Banking Industry
3. Minimum 5 years of working experiences in management level
4. Well-experienced in managing overall Bank Branch operations
5. Possesses an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficient in Microsoft office applications and relevant banking software.

Other information

• Salary: 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 MMK
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am to 5:00 PM)
• Working Location: Myawaddy
