- To Provide an excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage day-to-day operations and oversee operational procedures of the bank branch.
- To Ensure that security measures are aligned with safety protocols.
- To maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- To Implement and manage branch deposit/loan targets and promote the bank’s products and services.
- Monitor and manage the branch’s budget and expenses.
- To manage and responsible for overall branch operations
Requirements
- Any Degree Holder
- At least 8 years experiences in Banking Industry
- Minimum 5 years of working experiences in management level
- Well-experienced in managing overall Bank Branch operations
- Possesses an excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications and relevant banking software.
Other information
- Salary: 1,000,000 ~ 1,200,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00 Am to 5:00 PM)
- Working Location: Muse
