BD Manager(For a Leading Express Delivery Service Company)

Job Descriptions

Responsible to develop business development strategy to attract new customer and retain existing customer.
Responsible to do market research by searching new market opportunities and new customers for business growth.
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients while maintaining existing client relationships.
Plan for marketing campign to get higher transaction & increase brand awareness.
Work closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
Develop and implement sales strategies, retention plans and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Assist manager with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material and other documents as required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Identify new business opportunities and partners.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff and clients.
Schedule employees, training new employees, and hiring new employees.
Handle escalated customer complaints.
Working closely with the warehouse supervisor to lead staff.
Responsible to maintain existing customer by taking care and building good relationship to become the loyalty customer.

Requirements

Degree in business management, marketing, or related
Superb knowledge in courier industry.
At least 3 years and above experience in a similar role Background in sales.
Proficient in MS Office and Google apps.
Experience in using any database system.
Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
Detail oriented, resourceful and flexible.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and negotiation skills.
Able to work under highly pressure working environment.
Skilled at planning and time and project management.
