- Set up and develop the Sales policies and programs in organization.
- Support overseeing and managing various aspects of a company’s sales operations to ensure both short-term and long-term efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
- Streamline and maintain business processes, documents, workflows, and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure business standards.
- Collect, analyses, monitor, and report 3PL sales related data to improves process effectiveness and efficiency.
- Work closely with different departments, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of sales operational activities.
- Foster collaboration and communication among teams to achieve common company goals.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and best practices in sales operations management.
- Perform other related duties and required of the sales Operations.
- Preparing and calculating for customer’s tender process.
Requirements
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role in sales management.
- Excellent knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market penetration techniques.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle complex challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
