Responsibilities

1. Provide independent assurance on risks and controls as part of Integrated Assurance Framework in Gardens or Hotel services
2. Perform HR, financial, Marketing, Admin and operational, IT and compliance audits as per the audit plan, and consulting activities
3. Conduct risk-based audits to assess adequacy and effectiveness of controls
4. Develop recommendations for improving operations, controls and
5. Perform follow-up of audit recommendations to verify implementation of remediation actions
6. Assists in the establishment, development and evaluation of a company’s internal controls over financial reporting
7. Co-ordinate outsource and/ or execute audit in co-source audit projects
8. Perform ad-hoc investigations and reviews at the request of Management and/ or Audit
9. Assist in preparation of status reports to Senior Management and Audit
10. Use of data analytics in audit projects

Requirements

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, B. Com, Dip IFRS of ACCA Part – II or CPA or Business related
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience with some of these years in external and/or internal audit
3. CA, CIA, or other relevant professional certifications is a plus
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Independent, meticulous, proactive and committed with a high level of initiative
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
7. Experience in data analytics preferred

1. Salary: 800,000 ~ 1,000,000 MMK + Ferry
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday
3. Working Location: Mingalar Taung Nyunt Township, Yangon
