Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing & developing the sales team
- Set Individual sales targets with sales team
- Implementing a sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenues
- More better & achievable customer data base.
- Build long term customer relationship by planning necessary facts.
- Networking & follow up the current market situation & competition information.
- Provide & support solution for all customers needs & wants.
- Prepare weekly & monthly sales report
- Prepared customer status report regularly
- To provide information, customer related referrals
- Ability to lead sales team
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel national wide
- Proficiency in negotiation & communication skills
- Proficiency in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point,) English 4 skills
- Able to make the ISO documents related to sales teams
Requirements
- BE or B-Tech – EP /EC/Mechanical Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years working experience in sales & Marketing field
- Good Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Other Information
- Salary: 600,000 MMK
- Other allowance: Ferry provided, Phone bill allowance
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday Half Day
- Working Location: North Okkalapa Township, Yangon
