Responsibilities
- Opening the customer’s account and completing KYC procedure
- Handling the customer’s enquiries in all products and services
- Negotiating interest rate, fees and Forex rate with the customers and confirming them with Treasury Department in case of necessity
- Preparing for an instruction sheet for all the transactions
- Collecting the necessary documents from the customers in cooperation with Operation Department
- Controlling due date of all the customer’s transactions
- Promoting and setting up transaction banking products and services such as GCMS+, Payroll Services, etc
- Preparing for the memo to seek for special handling of the conditions for all the fees and charges
- Preparing for the memo and/or the documents relating to daily activities
- Preparing for the customer’s credit documents such as borrower rating, ringi application, satei application, periodical report, etc
- Controlling pending items
- Undertaking supervisory duties of knowledge sharing internal procedure to junior staffs
- Communicating with the customers to collect relating business information and attend/ reply to customer’s inquiry/ needs, recording meeting minutes and creating contact memo
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service/ relationship management field
- Age Level – 28 to 30 Years
- Well communication of English is a must. Level of Japanese Language (N-1) preferable. (N2 also acceptable based on the knowledge and qualification of the candidates) Business communication level of speaking and written on both languages
