- Create and implement production management system.
- Well manage of all production activities including utility and ensure activities’ effectiveness.
- Crete and control cost management system which reflect to the overall production expense with budget.
- Prepare investment plan for further business growth.
- Monitoring and control production KPI.
- Develop employee skills by sharing knowledge and sharing.
- Investigate incidents or accidents case
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Review and improve safety performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or Engineering)
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of Manager Level Experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point
- Good command of English (Excellent)
- Management Skill Of 4 M (Man, Machine, Material, Method), Problem Solving Skill
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,200,000 + Ferry Provided + Other Allowances
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM ~ 5PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa.
