• Develop, implement, and marketing plan, promotion activities, advertising plan, customer relationship Management.
• Manage distribution channel analysis, competitor analyze and customer and market feedback.
• Planning of marketing campaigns including monitoring PLC,STP,SWOT analysis.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, marketing strategy of existing products and plan action.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance metrics.
• Generate regular reports on marketing activities, presenting findings to the marketing team and management.
• Uphold brand awareness and positioning consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure adherence.
• Advertising Plan (Above the line, Below the line And Digital Marketing).
• PLC Analyze and Road show Plan and Product Exhibition plan And Activities.
• Team Management and Monitoring Subordinates Activities.
• Monitoring main competitors marketing activities and action plan.
• Report Monthly Report (Monthly Plan, Activities, SWOT, Way Report, Brand Building Activities Report, Price Comparison Report.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, customer engagement.
• Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visit to create product and service awareness.
• Foster positive relationships with external partners and vendors.
• Conduct the marketing tools (ATL, BTL and TTL) and marketing strategies.
• Manage distribution channel analysis, competitor analyze and customer and market Implement and to handle in market research and trend analysis.

Requirements

• Any graduated and Diploma in Marketing and MBA or MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work under strict deadline.
• 100%Accountability and responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and Leadership skills and driving skill.
• Must have over (3) years” work experience in this Role and Minimum (5) years’ experience.

• Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
• Other Benefit+ Uniform
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday(9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
• Working Location: Amarapura Township, Mandalay
