- Onboarding new clients and develop working relationships
- Leading and developing a team of sales representatives or customer care specialists
- Generating sales or service reports for clients and senior management
- Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals
- Keeping documentation and records of client interactions for training purposes
- Conducting customer service presentations and workshops
- Developing surveys and obtaining client information
- Offering advice to clients on products or services
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
- Ability to act on customer feedback and provide meaningful solutions
- Ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
- Working knowledge of relevant software, including spreadsheets and Salesforce
- Ability to compile and present reports to management
- Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
- Confidence and ability to deal with high-end clients and important stakeholders
Other Information
- Salary: 800,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30AM to 5:30PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon
