1. Onboarding new clients and develop working relationships
2. Leading and developing a team of sales representatives or customer care specialists
3. Generating sales or service reports for clients and senior management
4. Coaching and supporting team members to help them meet company goals
5. Keeping documentation and records of client interactions for training purposes
6. Conducting customer service presentations and workshops
7. Developing surveys and obtaining client information
8. Offering advice to clients on products or services

Requirements

1. Any Graduate
2. Minimum 2 years experience in related field
3. Proven ability to identify and reach sales and profitability targets
4. Ability to act on customer feedback and provide meaningful solutions
5. Ability to lead and develop a successful sales team
6. Working knowledge of relevant software, including spreadsheets and Salesforce
7. Ability to compile and present reports to management
8. Ability to identify and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
9. Confidence and ability to deal with high-end clients and important stakeholders

Other Information

1. Salary: 800,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Saturday (9:30AM to 5:30PM)
3. Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
4. Working Location: Botahtaung Township, Yangon
