Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the whole recruiting process for job posting relevant recruiting channel, Collecting CV, screening qualify CV, make an interview appointment with relevant HODs, give the interview result.
  • Using hiring metrics software, you will compile reports on aspects of the hiring process.
  • Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.
  • Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and following up with candidates during the hiring process.
  • Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring process.
  • Revising HR policies and ensuring that fair employment practices are implemented.
  • Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
  • Responsible for all Recruitment Forms and contract signing.
  • Prepare job offer letter and send the offer to the selected employees.
  • Prepare /implement employment contract for employees.
  • Be responsible of Mid-career recruitment in aspect of pre-screening, arranging the final interview and successful candidate on board.
  • Daily/Weekly, Monthly announcement and reporting to Manager and HOM.
  • Prepare Human Resources Department SOPs and Forms.
  • Contacting relevant departments in a timely manner and taking effective action on Fraud cases.
  • Reporting to superiors for daily, weekly, monthly about achievement, assessment and general finding.
  • Maintains Confidentiality of sensitive information & documents professionally.
  • Participating all of HR related meeting and general discussion.
  • Participating to smooth operation of the internal & external process by cooperate with Internal all Department.
  • Able to travel local or onboard.
  • Ad-hoc assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree & HRM, HRD, BMA and Business Diploma is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a recruiting specialist with a track record of employee placement.
  • Good English skills oral and written.
  • Good analytical skills to examine resumes and find the best-suited candidates.
  • Clear verbal skills to communicate well with candidates and managers.
  • Good writing skills to produce reports on hiring analyses.
  • Good Leadership abilities to delegate tasks and train new employees.
  • In-depth knowledge of hiring strategies, labor laws, and employment equity.

Other information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 1,000,000
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Gabaraye Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
