Assistant Brand Manager (For a Local Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

  • Create and execute a strategic plan for brand development.
  • Deal with brand principals to deliver brand positivity, market expansion, product launch, and sales growth.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with different cross-functional departments to bring results.
  • Identify opportunities and market trends of fashion to maximize market penetration for Retail, wholesale, E-commerce, and Distribution through product segmentation strategies.
  • Monitor stock movements and analyze sales figures, trends, regional variations, customer requirements, and purchasing behavior to accurately forecast future sales and thus stock requirements.
  • Manage and communicate a weekly sell-in, sell-out, and sell-through process to
    maximize the effectiveness of merchandising decision-making.
  • Determine the right pricing strategies for retail and wholesale to meet targeted profits.
  • Manage aging stock sell-through and promotional markdown to protect profitability and delivery of end-GP targets.
  • Managing weekly size, range, and assortment analysis for repeats and new season
    collections.
  • Analyze merchandising reports and shipment analysis to review business results and develop appropriate strategies to capitalize on business strengths and impact deficiencies.
  • Perform sales, profit, and gap analysis to support buying decision-making and optimal utilization of space.
  • Liaising with the supply chain team and suppliers to ensure POs align with the critical path and ensure shipments arrive according to plan.
  • Lead and manage Merchandising, Sales, and Retail Teams to meet their individual KPIs.

Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree or related diplomas.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Manage growth team to achieve staff’s goal and company’s goal.
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the fashion, beauty, or retail industries is required.
  • Results-oriented, and organized, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate others.
  • Fluent in English 4 skills.

Other information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 2,500,000 (Ferry Provided)
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Off Days: Saturday (Alternative) , Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Location : Kyimyindine Township; Yangon
