  • Daily Car Arrange follow up (Day /Night Ferry & Day car Assign)
  • Security Daily Checked & Management
  • Cleaner checked & small maintenance Case
  • Car Maintenance arrange (Check)
  • Weekly Driver meeting
  • General Expenses (Payment arrange for supplier)
  • All Branch Small Expenses
  • Petrol control and Payment
  • Regular Maintenance arrange (include all Branch)
  • Stationary List/ Employee Phone Bill & Customer Ph bill List
  • Fix Assess List (Store List)
  • Document Keeping
  • New Building renovation
  • Reporting

Job Requirements

  • Any degree or diploma holder.
  • Minimum 5 Year experience in admin/HR work.
  • Good in English – 4 skills
  • Knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
  • Able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
  • Can use MS word, excel and Outlook.
  • Able to work overtime occasionally.

Other information

  • Salary: Up to MMK 800,000
  • Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Gabaraye Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
