  1. Fixed asset verification & reporting assets’ status
  2. Unit Budget Monitoring & Control
  3. Shift Control of staff belonging to office works, company’s clinic, laundry counter, goods store etc
  4. Corporate secretarial works for maintaining company registrations and application process for necessary permits
  5. Relation activities with local external stakeholders
  6. COVID-19 prevention activities (Bulletin issuing, facility arrangement, conducting with public health)
  7. Maintaining contracts with service providers and institution that the company belongs
  8. Maintain the company’s insurance
  9. Meeting arrangements
  10. Arrangement and safety assurance for operation staff transportation, uniform, hospital & hotel for delay flights and emergency landing
  11. Checking, monitoring and maintaining stock balance and ordering consumable goods and staff uniform


  1. Any degree holder
  2. Related working experiences are over 5 years
  3. Shall be positive personnel in tune with colleagues
  4. Shall have problem-solving skills enabling to correspond to any issue attractively
  5. Good experience with office management procedures
  6. Excellent knowledge of financial budget & facility management
  7. Fluent in English
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Software

Other Information

  1. Salary: 1,200,000 MMK
  2. Benefits: Bonus, Health, Condolence, Congratulatory
  3. Provide: Ferry (or) Transportation fees
  4. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
  5. Working Location: Tada-U Township, Mandalay
