Descriptions
- Responsible for setting up the sales target and achieving sales KPIs for assigned regions.
- Responsible for leading and monitoring sales forces to increase sales.
- Prepare the monthly Report to Regional Sales Manager and General Manager.
- Meets with key customers frequently to maintain relationships to introduce products, provide service and solve problems, negotiate and increase sales.
- Responsible to make dealer management effectively to growth sales revenue.
- Analyze sales reports and develop effective sales strategy and sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
- Review and check sales weekly, monthly report to Regional Sales Manager and General Manager.
- To review and find out the appropriate solutions for share market feedback from Area Sales.
- Accurate Sales Performance Management Reporting-plan v/s actual, reasons for shortfall, SWOT, operational issues & solutions implemented.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing Preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of working experiences in Sales fields and at least 3 years as Area Sales Manager in Sales and leading a team.
- Within FMCG Industry is preferred.
- Can Drive & Must Have Driving License.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000 + Incentive + Ferry Provided
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
