Area Sales Manager (For F&B Manufacturing & Distribution Company)

Descriptions

  • Responsible for setting up the sales target and achieving sales KPIs for assigned regions.
  • Responsible for leading and monitoring sales forces to increase sales.
  • Prepare the monthly Report to Regional Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • Meets with key customers frequently to maintain relationships to introduce products, provide service and solve problems, negotiate and increase sales.
  • Responsible to make dealer management effectively to growth sales revenue.
  • Analyze sales reports and develop effective sales strategy and sales plans to achieve company sales goals.
  • Review and check sales weekly, monthly report to Regional Sales Manager and General Manager.
  • To review and find out the appropriate solutions for share market feedback from Area Sales.
  • Accurate Sales Performance Management Reporting-plan v/s actual, reasons for shortfall, SWOT, operational issues & solutions implemented.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required by the Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Any Graduate).
  • Diploma in Sales & Marketing Preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experiences in Sales fields and at least 3 years as Area Sales Manager in Sales and leading a team.
  • Within FMCG Industry is preferred.
  • Can Drive & Must Have Driving License.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 1,500,000 ~ 1,800,000 + Incentive + Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Sundays & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Mingalardon Township, Yangon.
