1. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of IT issues
2. Support and coordinate with internal IT team members
3. Handling the problems of software issues
4. Determine the priority of work issues as per the condition
5. Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer
6. Prepare project documenting processes and monitor application performance metrics
7. Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software
8. Assisting with systems integrations
9. Delivering regular and customized training to clients

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any graduate with IT diplomas or relevant certificates
2. Above 2 Years of related experiences
3. Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
4. Good customer service, and troubleshooting skills

Other Information

1. Salary: 600,000 ~ 800,000 MMK
2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
