Aftersales Service Manager (For a Leading JV Automobile Services Company)

Job Responsibilities

Build and develop customer relationships by giving the excellent customer service to ensure the customer needs are being met.
Manage to improve customer retention rate.
Monitor market movements, trends, demands, and regulations, present and future needs.
Initiate or suggest plans to motivate service and auto detailing team to achieve work goals.
Develop and train staffs to meet the demands of the business.
Manage the workshop’s running costs and expenditure budget.
Monitor the workshop’s pricing and discounts to ensure that they meet the established level.
Manage the on-time delivery and fix it right rate to improve.
Provide technical support to the workshop and customers by cooperation with distributor, suppliers, and internal resources.
Manage predelivery service as required by sales department.
Make and monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly report.
Cooperate with the part team to increase the part sales and service availability.
Monitor and control the credit by cooperation with Finance.
Cooperate with the marketing team to initiate active and effective marketing of the service business.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree with Engineering (Preferred mechanical Engineering)
Minimum 2 years experiences in automotive service management
Preferred having customer service experience
Strong verbal and written communication with the workforce in both English and Myanmar
General knowledge of car repair and maintenance
Strong administrative skill
Strong planning and organization skill
Effective time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multi-tasks under pressure.
Ability to have negotiation and influencing skills.
Proactively seek the problems to solve.
