Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls accurately to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain visitor registration and manage mail and courier distributions systematically.
- Coordinate with building management for electricity, water, air-conditioning, and pest control services.
- Prepare, format, scan, print, bind, and maintain filing systems for administrative documents.
- Monitor office supplies, stationery, and pantry stock; coordinate purchasing with finance and admin departments.
- Record monthly expenses and petty cash accurately and coordinate with the finance team for payments.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including visa and work permit coordination.
- Select and manage vendors or contractors, monitor service quality, and handle agreements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with any discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist, secretary, or admin assistant role (experience in an international or consulting organization is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in both English (written and spoken).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 800,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Day : Monday to Saturday Half Day (8:30 Am to 5:00 PM)
- Off Day : Saturday Half Day, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Location : M-Tower, Kamayut Township, Yangon.
