  • Improve administrative workflows, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies, managing facilities.
  • Managing phone systems, handling correspondence, and ensuring effective communication within the organization and with external parties.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Minimum 3 years of work experiences with similar position.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems (word processing, spreadsheets, email, administrative software)
  • Knowledge of office management principles and practices
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 900,000 ~ 1,000,000
  • Working Day: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kamaryut Township (Near Hledan Center).
