Job Descriptions
- Overseeing and managing daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies procurement, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Developing and implementing administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient office operations and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Coordinating with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services and supplies. Negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.
- Serving as a point of contact between the administrative team and other departments within the organization. Facilitating communication and information flow to ensure smooth operations.
- Addressing any administrative issues or concerns that arise, resolving conflicts, and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Managing overall administrative activities for the organization.
- Manage and check for all the purchasing, vehicle, fixed assets & Material supplies and office management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in business administration or related field.
- Proven working experience in the office administration field for over 7 years.
- Have experience in working as a managerial-level.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Language.
- Excellent communication, team working, organizing skill and interpersonal abilities.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Skillful in Microsoft Word & Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Email.
Other information
- Salary: MMK 1,500,000
- Working Days: Monday to Friday ( 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Downtown, Yangon.
