Admin & HR Officer (For a Foreign Manufacturing Company)

Responsibilities

  • Daily Tasks
    – Checking daily attendant and fill up
    – Checking the leave form
    – Employee data update in Odoo
    – Updating Employee personal data file
    – Arrange transportation & checking fuel
    – Solving the problem of employee complain
  • Weekly Tasks
    – Meal Charges Claim for Expatriate Employees
    – Claim the ferry charges weekly
    – Claim the meal charges for night shift employee as per attended and shift plan
    – Overtimes Check
    – Visitor Report to Regional Government
    – Ferry arrangement
  • Monthly Tasks
    – Prepare the documents for all government report such as salary report, leave report, OSH report….
    – SSB Process (Labor report, new registration apply, and billing process)
    – Labor Office report
    – Overtime calculation and & Attendance for payroll
    – Purchase Office Supply, Cleaning Supply & Stationary
    – PIT process
    – Monthly headcount data and employee data for ESG report
    – Checking third party invoice and billing
    – Updating for communication package and insurance package
    – Meals & Transport allowance request for employee
    – Meals charges claim process with MMI
  • Main Tasks
    – License Checking and extension.
    – Support for payroll
    – Support for Government permit (EMP, Duty Shift & ….)
    – Support to manager
    – Visa Extension, House rental extension, form C and other process for Expatriate employee
    – Checking car rental contract
    – Tax report to MTO2 and stamp duty process
    – Support for recruitment
    – Support for Audit process (Document checking, updating the HR/admin procedure)

Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Diploma in HR, Certify in Payroll and excel)
  • Minimum (3) years’ experience in the Admin & HR field
  • Work collaboratively and resolve conflicts under adjustments
  • Essentially able to communicate with English
  • Proficiently use computer
  • Communication, Teamwork, Problem solving, Empathy, Ethic, Accounting, Negotiation, work under pressure
  • Able to work under pressure

Other Information

  • Salary: 800,000 MMK
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (7:30AM to 4:30PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
  • Working Location: Hlaing Tharyar Township, Yangon
