- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s overall mission and objectives.
- Lead and manage the requirement process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employee.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and other regulations affecting HR management.
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including benefits administration, employee development programs, and performance management.
- Lead, plan and execute training and development programs that enhance employee skills, productivity, and communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Facilitate employee relations and communication to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Responsible for general administration and liaison with government office.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor Degree with Dip in Human Resource Management, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in Admin & HR Manager field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management with a construction company and also administration experiences.
- strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws and regulations and other government policies related to business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen and respond to employee concerns effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other HR technologies, Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) designation is an asset.
- Be able to communicate in English fluently.
Other information
- Salary: Up to 1,500,000 MMK
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Insein Township, Yangon.
