Admin & HR Manager (For a Foreign IT Company)

Job Descriptions

  1. To organize and implement a proper HR & Administrative structure
  2. To develop and manage HR & Administrative procedures and policies
  3. To set rules and regulations and modify when it is needed
  4. To manage HR, Admin budget and manpower planning, recruitment and selection, and learning & development, employees’ remuneration, employee wellbeing, etc.
  5. To develop performance management and evaluation system
  6. Manage the relevant HR database up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
  7. Accomplish human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  8. Ensures effective distribution of duties and responsibilities to HR & Admin staffs
  9. Coordinate with Head of Departments for employees and organizational development
  10. Collaboration with internal & external organizations including group companies for effective and efficient business opportunities
  11. Manage the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor/master degree in relevant areas or professional degrees such as MBA and law degrees
  2. 10+ years of working experience in Administrative & HR functions
  3. Well knowledge of all areas of human resources
  4. Well knowledge of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
  5. Ability to manage priorities and work well under pressure
  6. Ability of communication with different stakeholders at various levels of authority
  7. Ability of problem solving, conflict management and leadership skill
  8. Good command of English and Japanese skill as a plus

Other Information

  1. Salary: 2,200,000 MMK +++
  2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
  3. Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
