- To organize and implement a proper HR & Administrative structure
- To develop and manage HR & Administrative procedures and policies
- To set rules and regulations and modify when it is needed
- To manage HR, Admin budget and manpower planning, recruitment and selection, and learning & development, employees’ remuneration, employee wellbeing, etc.
- To develop performance management and evaluation system
- Manage the relevant HR database up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
- Accomplish human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Ensures effective distribution of duties and responsibilities to HR & Admin staffs
- Coordinate with Head of Departments for employees and organizational development
- Collaboration with internal & external organizations including group companies for effective and efficient business opportunities
- Manage the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/master degree in relevant areas or professional degrees such as MBA and law degrees
- 10+ years of working experience in Administrative & HR functions
- Well knowledge of all areas of human resources
- Well knowledge of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies
- Ability to manage priorities and work well under pressure
- Ability of communication with different stakeholders at various levels of authority
- Ability of problem solving, conflict management and leadership skill
- Good command of English and Japanese skill as a plus
Other Information
- Salary: 2,200,000 MMK +++
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
- Working Location: Hlaing Township, Yangon
