- Security Manage
- Car Maintain & License Extension
- Cleaner Check
- Office Maintenance Case (include all Branch) (Aircon, service, Door, Water, Electric, Toilet, Generator, etc…..)
- Stationary List/ Phone Bill /Fuel List/Fix Assess/Uniform List/Stock inventory
- Billing (Meter, Phone, Internet, water, YCDC…)
- New Building renovation
- Document Keeping (incoming Letter & outgoing Letter)
Job Requirements
- Any degree or diploma holder.
- Minimum 3 years experience in admin/HR work.
- Good in English – 4 skills.
- To have the knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
- Able to work under intense pressure and team environment.
- Proficient in MS word, excel and Outlook.
- To able to work overtime occasionally.
Other information
- Salary: Up to MMK 500,000
- Working Days: 6 days per week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate) & Public Holidays
- Working Location: Gabaraye Pagoda Road, Mayangone Township, Yangon.
