Admin Associate (For a Foreign Services Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Oversee management on vehicle rental, maintenance, car insurance and vehicle assignment to ensure vehicles are properly utilized at office or field. Fuel purchase and arrangement for office and operational usage.
  • Collect the fixed assets of the office and make records regularly.
  • Arrange the meetings of the management team and write the meeting minutes. Keep the records of documents after the meeting.
  • Support the documents preparation of corporate affairs and apply the payment for the corporate agreement and contracts.
  • Oversee management for IT service that collaborate with IT staff (Laptop arrangement ink cartridge check, printers, projector, Email and internet, and Server arrangement).
  • Prepare payment applications for the vehicles management, IT services, corporate affairs.
  • Controlling, tracking and achieving documents and keep record for the contract and service agreements.
  • Prepare name card arrangement for management team and employees.
  • Support other ad-hoc assignment from the manager and HOD.


  • Any Bachelor degree.
  • Preferably Diploma in Business Administration.
  • Must have 2 – 3 years working experience in related fields.
  • Experience in preparing meeting minutes and meeting arrangements.
  • Experience in translation from Myanmar to English and English to Myanmar for office documents.
  • Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office (word, excel, power point).
  • Good communication skill.

Other information

  • Salary: 600,000 MMK + Ferry Provided
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Location: Thilawa.
