Admin Assistant Manager (For a Local Group of Companies)

Job Descriptions

  • Arrange and follow up on daily car usage (day/night ferry & daily car assignments)
  • Oversee daily security checks and management
  • Supervise cleaners and handle minor maintenance issues
  • Coordinate car maintenance schedules
  • Conduct weekly driver meetings
  • Manage general expenses (including payments to suppliers)
  • Control petrol usage and process payments
  • Manage stationery list, employee phone bills & customer phone bills
  • Maintain fixed asset list (store list)
  • Keep proper documentation and records
  • Oversee new building renovation projects
  • Provide regular reporting to management

Job Requirements

  • Any degree or diploma holder.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Admin Supervisor, or at least 3 years’ experience at the Assistant Admin Manager level
  • Good in English – 4 skills
  • Knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
  • Able to use MS word, excel and Outlook.
  • To able to work overtime occasionally.

Other Information

  • Salary: MMK 900,000 ~ 1,000,000
  • Working Days: 6 Days Per Week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate off)
  • Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
