Job Descriptions
- Arrange and follow up on daily car usage (day/night ferry & daily car assignments)
- Oversee daily security checks and management
- Supervise cleaners and handle minor maintenance issues
- Coordinate car maintenance schedules
- Conduct weekly driver meetings
- Manage general expenses (including payments to suppliers)
- Control petrol usage and process payments
- Manage stationery list, employee phone bills & customer phone bills
- Maintain fixed asset list (store list)
- Keep proper documentation and records
- Oversee new building renovation projects
- Provide regular reporting to management
Job Requirements
- Any degree or diploma holder.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Admin Supervisor, or at least 3 years’ experience at the Assistant Admin Manager level
- Good in English – 4 skills
- Knowledge of building materials is an advantage.
- Able to use MS word, excel and Outlook.
- To able to work overtime occasionally.
Other Information
- Salary: MMK 900,000 ~ 1,000,000
- Working Days: 6 Days Per Week (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Off Days: Sunday (or) Monday (Alternate off)
- Working Location: Mayangone Township, Yangon.
