Admin Associate (For an Int’l Service Company at Thilawa SEZ)

Job Descriptions

Admin Task:

  1. Make the contract for the services and products, and renew the existing contracts according to the schedule
  2. Prepare the payment application for the contracts and other services
  3. Control the fixed assets and seals of the company
  4. Arrange the IT work such as laptop arrangement, stocks of physical devices and able to learn the software applications of the company
  5. Maintain the company documents and keep the record
  6. Report to Assistant Manager and Officer of the department in weekly / monthly basis
  7. Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required
  8. Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
  9. Creative, honest, reliable, hard- working and able to work under pressure
  10. Good Team work skill and able to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
  11. Must understand the confidentiality and maintain the confidential information

Corporate Affairs:

  1. Organize the management meeting and write a variety of minutes of meetings (Meeting Language must be English)
  2. Support the Assistant Manager when necessary to include preparation of agenda and papers, attending and minuting a variety of meetings, following up agreed actions and documentation arrangement
  3. Interest on Company law, SEZ laws and regulations and other corporate documents such as certificate of incorporation, constitution, agreements , legal services
  4. Able to use the online meeting application and be the quick learner

Requirements

  1. Any Graduated
  2. Must have good English skill (Intermediate level)
  3. Must have at least 2 years working experience with the basic knowledge in the related field
  4. Must be competence Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) email and others
  5. Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Other Information

  1. Salary: 600,000 MMK + Allowances (Ferry Provided)
  2. Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 4:00PM)
  3. Off Days: Saturday & Sunday and Gazette Holidays
  4. Working Location: Thilawa Special Economic Zone
