Admin Task:
- Make the contract for the services and products, and renew the existing contracts according to the schedule
- Prepare the payment application for the contracts and other services
- Control the fixed assets and seals of the company
- Arrange the IT work such as laptop arrangement, stocks of physical devices and able to learn the software applications of the company
- Maintain the company documents and keep the record
- Report to Assistant Manager and Officer of the department in weekly / monthly basis
- Perform Ad Hoc projects and assignments as required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
- Creative, honest, reliable, hard- working and able to work under pressure
- Good Team work skill and able to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
- Must understand the confidentiality and maintain the confidential information
Corporate Affairs:
- Organize the management meeting and write a variety of minutes of meetings (Meeting Language must be English)
- Support the Assistant Manager when necessary to include preparation of agenda and papers, attending and minuting a variety of meetings, following up agreed actions and documentation arrangement
- Interest on Company law, SEZ laws and regulations and other corporate documents such as certificate of incorporation, constitution, agreements , legal services
- Able to use the online meeting application and be the quick learner
Requirements
- Any Graduated
- Must have good English skill (Intermediate level)
- Must have at least 2 years working experience with the basic knowledge in the related field
- Must be competence Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) email and others
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Other Information
- Salary: 600,000 MMK + Allowances (Ferry Provided)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (9:00AM to 4:00PM)
- Off Days: Saturday & Sunday and Gazette Holidays
- Working Location: Thilawa Special Economic Zone
