Account Cum Office Admin Executive(For a Well-Established Electronic Payment Services Company)

Job Descriptions

  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties.
  • Handle accounts payable & receivable.
  • Prepare monthly statements and reports.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
  • Participate in quarterly and annual account audits.
  • Create and update expenses report.
  • Regularly reviewing and following up outstanding payments from customers.
  • Inventory control with Officer Manager.
  • Perform regular stock take.
  • Liaise with external vendors on related account matters.
  • Assist customer query and prepare documentation, cash received voucher, debit note, etc.
  • General administrative duties; Employees attendance, payrolls, ect.,.
  • Provide general support to the Management.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor /Diploma of Accounting / Bachelor of Business Administration or similar.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Good initiative, ability to work independently and able to take instructions efficiently.
  • Good team-player and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven work experience as a Senior administrator or Senior Admin Executive with minimum 3 years in relevant field.
  • Understanding of basic HR principles and Softskills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
  • A team player with high level of dedication.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines and KPI.

Other information

  • Salary: MMK 500,000
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM ~5:00 PM)
  • Off Days: Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays
  • Working Location: Kyaukdata Township, Yangon
