Any graduated with Diploma in HRM (or) MBA
At least 3years of working experiences in the area of training programme development & delivery
Able to develop training curriculum on soft skills topics like Leadership & Communication Skill, Interpersonal skill, Presentation skill, etc.
Able to develop internal training sessions for junior staff in a classroom setting
Able to work under pressure
Willing to travel to local regions and also overseas
Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to deliver training using a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
