– Documentation and assist in the coordination
– Take notes during meetings
– Collect and input data into databases
– Prepare meeting materials, including reports, presentations and agendas
– To undertake typing of minutes, reports, letters etc and any photocopying or scanning
required by the team.
– Compile PowerPoint presentations.
– To deal with telephone queries, taking clear and concise messages where appropriate
and assisting in reception duties as and when required.
– Must be Computer literate.
– Must have experiences in using with Microsoft Word, Email, PowerPoint, Excel etc.,
– Must have typing skills ( English and Myanmar )
– Any Diploma or Degree
– Have report writing skills
– Have excellent communication skills
– Have organizational and administration skills
– More than 1 years experiences
