- Manage and check all day to day operations of the pastry section.
- Prepare a variety of dessert, cakes and bread-based items
- Planning menus and training staff of bakers on all recipes
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen space
- Monitoring and maintaining all pastry department equipment
- Draws the employee attendance scheduled for monthly
- Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers to work more efficiently
- Must have 4 years experiences in pastry chef experience with high volume of pastry production.
- Must have at least 10 standard education
- More prefer food and beverage (pastry) certificate
- Ability to perform active, high-energy work
- Age above 25 years old
- Knowledge of baking and cooking technique
