- Develop Sales and Distribution strategy to achieve business targets and market shares.
- Manage and develop channel of distributions, including Wholesales, Retail, Modern Trade
- Develop sales channels to cover Retail universe and to promote business growth.
- Manage sales targets with proper plans across all channels to achieve the planned targets.
- Implement Effective sales management to deliver performance to achieve sales goals, including area management, product offerings, selling process, market information, Order management and reports on timely manner
- Implement Product/brand allocation across sales channels. Closely work with Brand and supply chain to provide accurate forecast and supply planning.
- Closely work with Marketing department to implement trade marketing and other promotions.
- Effectively create, manage and enforce routing plans in all distribution channels
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers
- Enforce Sales team to follow Collection and credit terms policy.
- Supervise and provide sales training, including Tools, Methods and ensure for effectiveness.
- Review and analyze Sales Performance daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal and annual.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Have Experience as same position at FMCG Field for at least 3 Years
- Can Speak either English or Thai
- Strong Sales and Interpersonal skills
- Must be able to build relationship and influence to others.
