•This position requires to work closely with is responsible to manage over all Human Resources Management activities at the factory located in Dagon Seikkan Township.
•Implement the recruitment process to meet the Group’s Corporate Commitment toward sits people; Ensure compliance with the Group’s HR policies and procedures as well as to be compliance with local’s labor law and regulations.
•Perform monthly payroll, ensure compliance with local tax law and social security board(SSB), and liaise with income tax official sand SSB officers.
•Advise managers on meeting local labour legislation requirements so as to minimize the risk of exposure to legal actions and liabilities.
•Attend to and handle with confidentiality all matters pertaining to employees’ personal difficulties and problems to ensure good employee morale and motivation.
•Facilitate and assist in the implementation and maintenance of EHS system by participating in the identification and development of a competency model to be used through out various organizational programs.
(1) Any graduate
(2) Diploma or Degree in HR management or its related field
(3)Over 3 years experience in handling all HR function.
(4)Must be knowledgeable in local Labour law, SSB contribution and computing Income Tax calculation
(5) Experience in factory management is preferable
(6) Must be able to work in Dagon Seikkan Township.
(7)Possess good written and verbal communication skill, both English and Myanmar.
(8) Proficient in MS office, power point, Email excel
