Job Description

  • In-charge of the Office Staffs.
  • Point of Communication between Excoms and Office team
  • Manage and handle Office team’s daily operations.
  • Coordinate with Excoms for Association’s Tasks & Duties
  • Deals with Government office for all MTM related matters
  • Coordinate with Foreign Agency for Events and Travel Trade fairs
  • Distribute newsletter and information to all MTM Members regularly.
  • Lead to arrange and organize events (Internationals & Locals) successfully
  • Report to related Committee heads or CEC of MTM for the job assigned.
  • Arrange monthly meetings for MTM & related Sub-committee .
  • Assigned duties and responsibilities of each staff and make sure all staffs are dedicated .

Requirement

  • 3 years Experienced in Management level
  • Good Marketing and Management Skills
  • Excellent in English 4 skills
  • Interpersonal relationship, Strong Communication Skills and listening skills
  • Organizational Skills. …
