  • Manage and monitor the inbound call team performance to achieve the standard of call answering and service rate
  • Consolidate and analyze customer voices to improve company services as a whole
  • Coach and train staff on delivering quality services
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and support other Call Centre daily operations
  • Review the company operations and services and initiate further improvement by co-operating with other department
  • Communication with customers in English writing



  • ¬†University Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years call center experience at supervisory level
  • Good communication, coaching, planning skills, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, mature and able to work independently
  • Good command in English and Burmese in speaking and writing
  • MS Excel, Word, Power Point
