Job Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Marketing / Statistics or any relative field of study
  • 3- 5 years of experience in the consumer marketing or customer life cycle management
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Power BI, Power Query, …)
  • Background from Channel & Category Development (FMCG) or Business Intelligence (telecom) are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Description

  • Establish and develop a retention framework and roadmap with both reactive and proactive strategies on reducing churn
  • Develop strategies/tactics to drive key KPIs/metrics of acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and ARPU
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to accelerate and drive exponential growth
  • Conduct on-going experiments and hypothesis testing (A/B testing) to achieve key goals/targets
  • Analyzing buying patterns and market trends to guide data driven decisions
    Enhancing Customer Loyalty:
  • Establish and develop a strategy and roadmap for customer loyalty and improved customer experience
  • Implement a separate strategy for the high-value segment
  • Monitor and report of the necessary KPIs for loyalty
  • Monitor competition offerings with respect to retention solutions, processes and loyalty programs
  • Work closely with product and marketing teams to execute growth strategies and tactics
  • Develop and lead key growth initiatives cross-functionally
