Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, preferred to MBA
  • At least 10years experience in Sales (FMCG),preferred to Beverages industry background
  • Proven work experience as a National sales manager
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
  • Must be proficient in English
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Proven commercial projects experiences
  • Analytical and strong in Microsoft excel and power point
