- Business communication with heads including all levels from brand principal sides and work with them to grow its business in Myanmar market .
- Lead the whole of the brand & marketing team and build the brands strategically as to develop and sustain in Myanmar market for long terms.
- Draw a systematic merchandising plan as to be maximizing return on investment through planning sales and inventory in order to increase profitability.
- Lead the teams as to select the right products, order the right quantity, have them in stock at the right time, display them in the right place in the store, and sell them at the right price. (Deeply understand the five rights of retailing) .
- Develop yearly, quarterly sales forecasts and try to work out how to achieve it with team member .
- Understand of what the brand is to represent and how it should be positioned with respect to competitors and develop the brand strategy to target markets and monitor the brand performance .
- Provide strategic and creative brand guidelines that will enable the company to achieve a competitive advantage .
- Analyze about how to guide integrated marketing to maximize competitive advantages, to create intense, activity loyalty relationships with customers, to trace the value creation process for brands, to better understand the financial impact of brand marketing expenditures and investments.
Required Skills & Experiences
- 5+ years retail brand marketing experience with international fashion brands
- Master Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Retail Management or a related Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Business communication- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Strong sense of initiative, innovation and creativity.
- Strong Leadership skills, Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Problem solving & analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
