Job description

Before business:
1. Help to source for food ingredients & appliances.
2. Liaise with renovation contractor, ingredient supplier, appliances supplier, contacts with decoration Master, material supplier, electrical supplier, etc.
3. Help to monitor renovation progress helps in the renovation process in return

Start of Business:
1. Responsible to manage outlet

Shop Management
2. Must learn and excel all recipes

Learn and master recipes and cooking methods
3. Manage Cash Flow
Cash Flow Management

4. Training staff.
Staff training

5. Management, Inventory ordering and control deposit clearing list.
The basic qualities that manager must possess.
Groom him to be Store Manager in future.
Have the opportunity to become a regional/local manager It would be better to be proficient or have relevant experience in catering.


  • Any graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Restaurant field
  • Willingness to learn new skills and experience
  • Able to speak Chinese well (Further languages are highly appreciated (English.)
  • Good computer literacy (MS Office; Word, Excel etc.)
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organization skills, able to work under pressure with positive attitude
