Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems
  • Manage day to day smooth operation of office
  • Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  • Nurture Positive working environment
  • Manage on Fixed Assets
  • Establish policies and procedures, rules and regulations compliance with the labor law
  • Develop external relationship such as Concern Government office (FDA, and other registrations) and partners (Landlord, Shopping Center or Department Store)
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirement and Job Descriptions for all positions
  • Perform on Manpower Planning, Manpower Budget, Recruitment and Selection, Orientation, Training and Development
  • Bridge Management and employee relations
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of Human Capital
  • Conduct performance evaluation and KPI
  • Ensure proper employee relations and condition of employment
  • Prepare Employee benefit program, Payroll and compensation
  • Counseling and disciplining employee on its conflict.
  • Perform on Personal Income Tax, SSB and Employment Contract
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Manage on Counter Design and Decoration and Renovation
  • Find New Outlet Stores depends on Expending Plan or Substitute Outlet
  • Process and Follow up on FDA matters for the selling products

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Have experience as Admin/HR Manager for at least 3 Years
  • Experience at FMCS is a plus
  • Can speak Either English or Thai
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR Best Practices
  • An analytical mind with problem solving skill
  • Good at organizational and multitasking ability
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skill
