Main of Task and Responsibilities
- Preparation of Income & Expenditure (Monthly)
- Preparation of Financial Position (Monthly)
- Preparation of Receivable & Payable Control
- Checking inventory control (Monthly)
- Making cash & fund flow
- Making daily accounting transactions.
- Preparation of bill receivable & payable
- Assisting the Manager for Admin related duty
- At least LCCI P-3 for Assistant Accountant .
- Must have good skills in using Microsoft office applications (word, excel).
- English language skills are required
- Ability to use computerized accounting software (MYOB or other Accounting software)
- Minimum 3 years experiences in related field.
- Ability to perform job tasks accurately and to identify errors and inaccuracies.
- Good personality, communication and negotiation skill
- Positive attitude and the ability to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
